No Show Policy
Missed appointments impact access to care for other patients. We kindly request adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No Refunds Policy
Payments for completed medical services, consultations, procedures, laboratory testing, and administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
