The atmosphere is welcoming and calming, with soothing ambient music/sounds and zen-like decor. The staff and medical professionals are friendly and helpful. I experienced NP Victoria as genuinely empathic and patient, listening to and addressing my questions and concerns with care and thoroughness. Ultrasound technician Christine was, likewise, friendly and warm, and she explained what she was going to do clearly. I highly recommend this practice.
